Summer camp is pretty cool, i've met some nice people. Yesterday i swang on the rope swing, it was scary but fun.Today i'm going to take cooking lessons, i think cooks are pretty cool. Maybe one day i'll be a chef cook and in my spare time do some fun stuff like invent new recipes. I know almost every recipe exist but hey who knows.

Mochi is Japanese rice cake made of mochigome, a short-grain japonica glutinous rice. The rice is pounded into paste and molded into the desired shape. In Japan it is traditionally made in a ceremony called mochitsuki. While also eaten year-round, mochi is a traditional food for the Japanese New Year and is commonly sold and eaten during that time.
Dim sum refers to a style of Cantonese food prepared as small bite-sized or individual portions of food traditionally served in small steamer baskets or on small plates. Eating dim sum at a restaurant is usually known in Cantonese as going to “drink tea” (yum cha, 飲茶), as tea is typically served with dim sum.
Is a Japanese “rice bowl dish” consisting of fish, meat, vegetables or other ingredients simmered together and served over rice. Donburi meals are served in oversized rice bowls also called donburi. The simmering sauce varies according to season, ingredients, region, and taste.
